Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Single trading cards that have been opened from sealed packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
